Dental is Switzerland's largest dentral trade fair held in Basel, that attracts people from around the whole world.
Our partner, Scanderra GmbH, during this occasion presented the new line up of "Megasmile".
MEGASMILE presents itself outstandingly clean and medical, with a shot of colour and highly glossy finish. The interest of dentists is very high.

27-02-2010: 145th Midwinter Meeting held at McCormick Place, Chicago
The Midwinter Meeting annually offers one of the largest dental exhibitions in the United States.
Okamura was present at Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting to understand new market leading about materials, equipment, technology and business operations. We were glad to meet with people from around the world and reach new knowledge regarding oral care.

"Let's brush teeth after meal" in Nha trang, Vietnam
In Vietnam there are still some poor people that cannot afford to buy a toothbrush.
At Okamura we care about less fortunate oral hygiene. That is why in collaboration with the association Help for Vietnam - Susann's Help for children we distributed free toothbrush with snack and food in Nha trang city, Vietnam, encouraging people to brush their teeth after the meal.
Gift bags with some food, toys and a toothbrush were distributed to poor families, orphan, and Vinh Hai evening school students.
We just received these pictures taken during last year Summer Mission. These children come from the slums around the coastal town of Nha Trang in Vietnam. The Mission is still continuing nowadays, Association Help for Vietnam is working hard to improve the life-style of Vietnamese children. 2009-11-25： Okamura Group participates in Vietnam’s “Binh Duong Province: Xing Ping Elementary School Oral Health Education and Treatment Charity Event.
Health care begins with the mouth; everyone should be educated about oral health. Okamura Group actively participated in the VSIP and Nissei Dental Clinic organized charity event, to bring love and care to the children of Xing Ping Elementary School in the Binh Duong Province. More Pictures...

Okamura sponsored "Taipei Medical University to south India Tibetan community services plan"
Unfortunately there are many underprivileged people in this world who are unable to enjoy the benefits of oral care. In July of 2009, Okamura group collaborated with Taipei Medical University to sponsor thousands of toothbrushes to Mission Church in South India. We want to promote oral heath and give underprivileged communities an equal chance to take care of themselves and their smiles. Okamura group visited several places in Bylakuppe, India to examine and cure Tibetan teeth. We would like everyone to not only own a toothbrush, but also to be properly educated in how to use it. 2009-08-25: Seminar with Japanese Dental Hygienist Masami Kitagawa
Ms. Masami Kitagawa, a Japanese dental hygienist, came to our Vietnam facility to discuss oral care. She held a seminar about oral disease and preventative measures such as correct brushing. Both office staff and factory workers attended the session. Our mission is to spread the information to Vietnam dentistry, so that the entire community may benefit from better health.

2009-07-15: GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2009 in Japan
Our new product, Exchangeable Head Toothbrush, was candidate for the Good Design Award in Japan and has passed the first selection. There will be a second selection in Tokyo, at the TOKYO BIG SIGHT, from Aug 28th (Fri) through August 30th (Sun), where we will exhibit the product in a booth.

2009-06-25: University of Medicine&Pharmacy HCMC
Students of The University of Medicine and Pharmacy at HCMC visited our production site in Vietnam. They exchanged their thoughts and experiences with us. The production site in Vietnam has also been positively exchanging opinions with local dental schools, in anticipation of producing better products.
