2012年5月20日(星期日) 第25回健康祭在奈良

株式會社OKAMURA於5月20日參加日本奈良縣大和高田區舉辦的土庫醫院主辦第25次健康祭，此回健康祭有醫院、齒科相關人士以及對於健康有興趣的人參加，供4,500人，非常熱鬧。

當天OKAMURA與齒科醫師及齒科衛生士一同出展，提供口腔保健相關指導及檢查，並免費提供牙刷、牙線等，能夠與專科醫師們及高齡者等直接對話成為我們寶貴的經驗。

以後OKAMURA也會積極參與健康祭類的活動，盡力於社會貢獻，懇請各位支持!

2011-03-24: Okamura support disaster affected people with contribution and toothbrush donation

In the beginning of restoration of disaster-affected area in Japan, all manner of relief supplies are desperately needed. To help, Okamura have donated 15000 toothbrushes.

In addition, a contribution to Red Cross society was sent to help their emergency relief teams in support to who had lost their homes and their families in the recent earthquake.

We want to help however we can, our prayers are with everyone who is suffering the consequences of the natural disaster that struck Japan, and we hope our donation helps those in need during this tough time.

We will continue to support JRCS and other volunteer projects, striving to alleviate the suffering of the affected populations.

當地震發生時請立即打開窗門，如在家裡，請於浴缸儲水，如果能用電就用電鍋煮飯，量越多越好，

在經歷阪神地震(1995年神戶大地震)後我一再強調這些重點，

請檢查建築物是否有裂痕，如有X字型的裂痕，即代表建築物即將倒塌，要多注意!

手機、充電器、收音機、瓶裝水是必需品，如穿著高跟鞋就把鞋跟折掉，

記得要有足夠三天的糧食，

使用塑膠袋替以廁所，

並且留意火災等並發的災害!

當有人恐慌會引起周圍的人受影響而恐慌起來，這時候要踲下來大喊"冷靜!"

請脫掉絲襪，因有危險加重燒傷程度，

記注餐巾可以是很好的止血工具，

確認安全請播171!

如欲通知您的倖存，請勿使用電話，

因會造成真正緊急雷話的混亂，

方便的物品:

現金、水、手電筒、零食、手機、急救箱、手帕、衛生紙

在家裡

-趴在地上，並躲到桌子或傢俱下麵，沒有辦法的時候用坐墊等保護頭部，

-別赤腳走路，有可能會被碎玻璃刺傷，

-立即檢查是否有可能引起火災

在百貨公司或超市

-用包包保護頭部

-遠離櫃子或架子，靠牆邊

-聽取店員的指示

在辦公室

-躲到桌子或傢俱下麵

-留意大型傢俱(如櫃子)或機械類倒下來

公寓

-打開窗門保留逃生通路

-千萬別使用電梯

-用樓梯避難

如在室外

-用包包保護頭部，並避難到空曠處如公園

-要注意掉落物如玻璃及瓷磚

-別靠近建築物、牆壁及販賣機

在開車時

-握緊方向盤慢慢減速

-停靠路肩並關閉引擎

-將鑰匙留在車內

-帶走貴重物品及車輛證明文件

夜晚時

阪神大地震發生後有影響到人們的另一件淒慘狀況是社會秩序的惡化及人為禍害，

請保護好重要的親朋好友，

落單的話請於週遭的人溝通，並組起小社群，

女性避難者

別一個人去公共廁所，性侵犯者會趁虛而入，

要隨時結伴成行，去上廁所也要至少兩個人，

帶著嬰兒的話

用毛巾等能吸收撞擊的東西保護嬰兒頭部，

阪神地震發生時有嬰兒死於墜落的電視機，

請別讓他白死，盡所能預防再次發生，

停電的區域總電源要關掉

當電力恢復時有可能會起火，電線會燒起來，

因此停電時要將總電源關掉，

當電力恢復時將總電源的小開關一個一個打開，

如果電源不足打不開的話，別硬試，並馬上聯絡電力公司，

瓦斯總開關要關起來

瓦斯外洩時遇到電器用品能夠造成爆發，因此要留意

I would like to forward the thanks of Susann's Help Charity for families in Nha Trang to you. The toothbrushes are a valuable part of the donations that are being done for poor families and children in Nha Trang. It seems that behind hte ever more luxurious facade of Nha trang, there are still many poor families that have trouble to take care of their house and children.
